ApplicationApplication: Steel cord hose used for placement of concrete at casting location; it is used at the end of the pumps to distribute the concrete. The hose resists to suction during the cleaning process.
Usually supplied with swaged on “Full flow” hardened couplings.
Temperature range: -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F)
CONSTRUCTION
Tube: black, smooth, rubber compound, withstands the abrasive action of the concrete.
Reinforcement: plies of steel wire cord.
Cover: black, smooth, (wrapped finish), rubber compound, abrasion and weathering resistant.
Specifications: abrasion loss of tube rubber compound according to DIN 53516: 50 +/- 5 mm3. Binding between rubber and flanges ≧1.5KN/m.
Branding: continuous spiral brand “建力”、“钱峰”or your Brand.
